The typical lead time for processing online orders for shipping is one to two business days. During sales, please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not not mailed on the weekend.
If you receive a delivery notification but your package hasn’t arrived at your door, don’t worry, oftentimes the package will show up within the next 24 hours. In the event that the package still isn’t received, file a claim with Canada Post here: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=item_not_delivered&cattype=kb&cat=receiving&subcat=maildeliveryPlease note, this can take up to 10 days to resolve. If you have trouble, email [email protected] and we will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or limit quantities. In the event that we choose to cancel your order you will be given a full refund.
Returns are allowed within 30 days of the ship date, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in original condition, unused and with manufacturers tags still attached
- Returns must be packed properly & securely for shipping (for example, in the packaging we sent it in)
- Shipping costs are not refundable
- Please contact us prior to making a return, so we know to expect it, and please provide us with the tracking number if it's a trackable item
If we have sent you an incorrect or defective item, we will re-ship the item to you at our cost.
Any return or exchange postage fee must be covered by the customer.
Gift cards, earrings, bath products, dried florals and face masks are final sale. Items bought from the sale section are final sale.
- Mail your pieces back to us: The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost return packages, so sending back the package with tracking is recommended. Email us at [email protected] start your exchange or return process.
- Or Visit us at our store in the Pen Centre, St. Catharines: Bring your pieces in to complete your exchange or return. The order number and name on the order is required.
