2.5" Grafted Moon Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii) – Neon Botanical Magic

Looking for a plant that looks like it belongs on a sci-fi set? Meet the 2.5" Grafted Moon Cactus (Gymnocalycium mihanovichii), the ultimate oddball of the succulent world. With its neon-bright top ball—available in vivid shades of hot pink, electric red, sunny yellow, or deep purple—perched atop a sturdy green rootstock (Hylocereus), this quirky double-cactus is pure living art.

Here’s the cool science plot twist: the colorful top cactus completely lacks chlorophyll, meaning it can't produce its own food. It relies entirely on the green base below to keep it thriving! Compact, colorful, and wildly low-maintenance, this mini marvel is tailor-made for sunny windowsills, bright office desks, and modern plant collections.

Why You’ll Love It

• Vibrant Neon Colors: Eye-catching shades of pink, red, yellow, or purple bring instant pop and personality to any room.

• Fascinating Grafted Duo: A botanical partnership between two distinct cacti working together to stay gorgeous.

• Mini & Desktop-Friendly: Potted in a compact 2.5" container, fitting effortlessly onto narrow shelves, desks, or windowsills.

• Hardy & Low-Maintenance: Extremely drought-tolerant and easy to care for—ideal for busy schedules or beginner plant parents.

Quick Care Guide

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Protect the colorful top bulb from harsh, direct afternoon sun to avoid scorching.

• Water: Follow the "soak and dry" method. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings, and reduce watering during winter dormancy.

• Soil: Thrives in a fast-draining cactus and succulent soil mix.

• Temperature: Keep in a warm, cozy room (65°F–80°F / 18°C–27°C) safe from chilly AC blasts or drafts.
