Where We Ship

Currently, Ziya Blue exclusively serves our community within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Every order is hand-packed with care in the heart of Niagara.

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or special collection launches, please allow for slightly longer processing windows as we handle the extra love.

Shipping Rates & Tiers

We offer tiered shipping based on the weight of your parcel to ensure you aren't overpaying for smaller items.

The Perk: Enjoy Free Shipping on all Canadian orders of $100.00 or more.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our hands in St. Catharines, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates; factors like extreme weather, holidays, or carrier delays are occasionally outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package hits the road, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, a link will be provided so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages
