  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items

Conditions for Returns

  • Jellycat Items: For Jellycat products, tags must be attached and undamaged.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please provide photos of the defect for approval before we issue a free return shipping label.
